I'm a nurse practitioner and a lifelong student of health. I spend hours every week learning, researching, and refining the most effective, evidence-based approaches to help women feel better in their bodies and lives.

It took me 35 years — even working in medicine — to truly understand my own body. The healthcare system is not designed for prevention, clarity, or long-term behavior change. Most people are left without clear answers and without a real path forward.
